Volunteer Experience and Leadership Coaching
Throughout my career, I’ve made it a priority to give back to the communities and people who shaped me. My volunteer work spans mentoring first-generation college students, coaching emerging leaders, supporting community organizations, and helping others navigate their own professional journeys. These experiences reflect my belief that leadership extends beyond the workplace and that real impact comes from investing time, knowledge, and encouragement into others.
Braven Leadership Coach
At Braven, I coach a cohort of high-potential students at City College of New York, helping them strengthen their leadership, teamwork, and career-readiness skills. My role involves facilitating structured learning, providing individualized mentorship, and supporting students as they prepare to enter the professional world.
Beth Israel Hospital Board of Overseers
I contributed to the Beth Israel Hospital Board of Overseers IT Committee, offering strategic input on technology planning and digital modernization across the hospital’s systems.
Dana Farber Cancer Institute CURE Program
As a mentor in the Dana-Farber CURE Program, I supported high school and college students from underrepresented backgrounds who were exploring careers in science, medicine, and research. I provided guidance, career insights, and ongoing encouragement to help them build confidence and navigate academic and professional pathways.

I periodically volunteer at non-profits in Manhattan that cater to providing meals to homeless lgbtq+ youth
Former Board Member, Madison Park Development Corporation
I served on the Board of the Madison Park Development Corporation in Boston, a leading nonprofit dedicated to creating affordable housing and strengthening the Roxbury community. During my tenure, I contributed to governance, strategic planning, and community development initiatives, and served as Board Secretary in my final year before relocating to New York City.
Broadway Cares About AIDS
I volunteer with Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, supporting a variety of fundraising events throughout the year. As a Red Bucket Volunteer during major six-week campaigns, I collect donations at Broadway shows and help raise critical funds for health, social service, and emergency assistance programs across the entertainment community.

I volunteer at various events sponsored by a community health center that serves the lgbtqia community
GMHC
I volunteer yearly to the GMHC AIDS walk
Bayard Rustin Breakfast Committee
I am a founding member of the Bayard Rustin Breakfast Committee, an annual event that brings together members of the LGBTQIA+ community to raise awareness around HIV/AIDS and support those affected.
